Paris Baguette

I woke up early today because I promised my bf that I will bring him from school. We had lunch in school before heading to town! I was feeling dizzy due to the big crowd in town and I was craving for something sweet. So bf bought me an éclair from takashimaya.

I want to buy some clothes for school as school is starting next Tuesday but none is up to my liking.

So we headed home early for my sister's birthday celebration.

We bought a chocolate cake called the Haha Family and Royal Pudding Original from Paris Baguette. My bf been wanting to try out their breads and shaved ice too!

Helipad

Had Japanese ramen for dinner and went Helipad with the group.

And finally I got my exam results!

I am very happy because I didn't expect to score for my econs. 

I thought it would definitely be worse than my prelims. But thank goodness, it is the highest compared to the rest of the modules.

Lastly, I have decided to quit my job! Something major happened recently in my workplace, and I was really unhappy. I don't think I could continue working and pretend nothing has happened. My job sucks.

High tea

Today is my off day, and I met up with gf for high tea!

But before that, we had lunch at far east plaza.

We were deciding whether to have high tea at P.S cafe or TWG, and finally decided on the latter!

And I love the scones,  muffins as well as the tea jelly but not the tea. Maybe I am just not a tea-lover.

We chatted for at least 3 hours, and I felt so embarrassing in the end thinking that the staffs kept looking at us for staying too long!

A new black dress though I find a little too long for me...and a new clinique eyeliner for just $19.20!

Anniversary

5 July is a significant day for my bf and I. It was actually our anniversary.
Time flies, and we are together for 2 years.

We went Barracks for our anniversary dinner. It was meaningful to us because Barracks was our first dating place. The food is pricey but the ambience is indeed great. We will definitely go back to Barracks next year! :D

Vacation

A short post before I hit the sack :)

My family and I went on a vacation (5D2N to Bangkok) last 2 weeks!

I really enjoyed myself and I definitely miss shopping and the food in Bangkok!

Everything was so cheap, and I think we went on a right time because everywhere was having sales.

By the way, I applied this tourist card to enjoy 5% on regular-priced items and got a birthday present for my bf at Fred Perry. Hahah

And I got myself a new bag again. I have been looking for this design in black with gold hardware for quite some time but Singapore's boutique only have it in black with silver hardware, so I thought I will be able to get it in Bangkok. But, it was sold out in Bangkok and was left with brown and green! Well luckily, I managed to find this in the Singapore airport! =D

Happy Mother's Day

This year mother's day was very special because my family celebrated it twice. 

We celebrated at home together with my bf last wednesday, and my dad bought lots of food back home. 

We had chilli crabs with fried man tou, deer meat, roast pork, broccoli and soup. Yum yum!

And Jack's Place for dinner last sunday. 

We waited for 20 mins before we got a table and we were starving!

Our family is a fan of fresh oysters, and without fail we will order the fresh oysters when we patronize Jack's Place. But that day we couldn't believe the fresh oysters would go out of stock!

 I decided to have a study break and met my bf for lunch yesterday!

Thai cuisine as usual but from a different restaurant, and nothing beats ah loy thai! :p

Post-exam Syndrome

 Last week I was having a mild fever, and rested in bed for 2 days!
 

When I recovered, my bf brought me to have something light for lunch last sunday.
We had dim sum from Geylang 126 and we refrained from ordering fried food.

So I just ended my first paper yesterday, and I couldn't stop whining to my bf!
And he said I am suffering from post-exam syndrome!
I hope I pass my econs paper *cross fingers*
I can't wait for exams to be over~

Ah Loy Thai

My favourite restaurant is definitely Ah Loy Thai!

Bf and I have been patronizing this restaurant for at least 1.5 years, and no other restaurant can beat their tom yam (well at least in my opinion)! :D It is very much similar to the one we had in Bkk!

And I prefer red tom yam to clear tom yam!

So recently I got myself a new watch! Initially I had set my mind on one watch from AX, but it was out of stock.

Fat

Last wednesday, dinner was with bf and his friend.
Well, it was a bad dining experience!
The customer service was bad and the food was really ordinary.

And the boys accompanied me to the hair salon after our dinner!

Finally I got myself a new hair color! I requested the darkest brown so that it can last longer. So my hair color now is really dark, more like black hair!

How can I not gain weight when I have been indulging in those unhealthy food almost every single day? :(

It's time for some self-control!!
